Remember my Fun With AT&T post? (hint: there isn’t a single shred of fun to be had)
Quick recap: after being a customer for seven years we:
- switched to Verizon in May 2012
- nuked everything related to AT&T from orbit
- paid my ETF
- paid a final service fee to wrap everything up
- got called…
Fortunately, when I left AT&T in August 2011, I didn’t have to go through this kind of BS, but I’ve had my share. Hope this is finally the end of it for you.
