Keto diet - week 4

Since 9/09 = 262, 260, 257, 252.

Today = 248#, 31% body fat (replaced my scale with one that measures body fat) - ketones around 15-40, so maybe i’m getting close to keto-adaptation. I started using my treadmill today - 5% incline, 2.5 mph (24 minute mile) - went 1.5 times around the virtual quarter mile track - not much, but it’s a start.

Not too concerned about not seeing outward results - for now, i’m assuming that the weight is coming from hidden fat that’s way under the surface.
