Sun 9/16 = 260#, no ketones yet (at least I can’t smell anything unusual) - ordered Ketostix to make sure. Haven’t strayed yet, but the lemon sandwich cremes in the vending machine at work keep screaming at me. Easier to stay on the diet this time since I’m not trying to only eat safe foods, but rather eating anything that I want, as long as I can modify the carb content (chinese without the rice, pizza without the crust, etc).
This week I had nuts, cheese sticks and hard boiled eggs for snacks. I also discovered that I can make nice roll-up sandwiches by cutting a sheet of lavash bread in quarters (8g net carbs / 4 = 2g) and adding mayo, ham, cheese, and a claussen bread & butter pickle slice (2.5g carbs) or by adding 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (I like Santa Cruz Organic Dark & Smuckers) at 4-5g net carbs.
