Psst … hey buddy … want a static IP ?
This post is for those of you stuck in a place that does not let you have a static IP, but where having one is immensely useful. The example I’m think about is my own - a developer with a Windows workstation, a DHCP network controlled by network admins (where you usually get back the same IP address you had yesterday, but not always) and you develop X apps for a remote Solaris box. Before I...

This one looks like a better option than the 3GJuice that I carry now. I’ll post a review once I get my hands on one of them … that is, once the online retailers get them in-stock. The video appears to show an iPhone4 with a black bumper case, so no problem...

MRI follow-up #1
well, i had my shoulder MRI (no dye) yesterday and felt normal both during and after … until an hour ago, when all of a sudden, i felt woozy, sweating and clammy. drinking cold water seems to help a little. i had nothing to explain why this is happening until i googled “mri day after sick” and found out that this appears to be common, although the doctors don’t believe it...
I thought I was mildly claustrophobic before, but the MRI I just had confirmed it. The only thing that saved me was being able to move my head just enough to see the wall past the end of the machine. Yikes.

Review: Keurig B70 Platinum
4 out of 5 stars. Wonderful machine. The per cup price is way higher than for a drip coffeemaker (around 50 cents per cup), but is worth it for the taste and convenience.
